i went on weight watchers. it really is a great program to be on.. i lost like 20 pounds in 2.5 months but then gained it all back plus more after my car accident. so i’m starting back on it, and down 10 pounds so far.

This is definately motivating! I started weight watchers four weeks ago and lost 9 pounds. Its amazing. Im 22 and started out at 220 and down to 211. still got ways to go but it’s definately is a lifestyle change. good luck on your journey.

Wow, cool video =D I’ve been doing the same thing with weigh-ins on my youtube channel. I’ve lost 43.2 pounds so far on WW

this is inspiring. I always thought this program was too strict but it works for women who seem to have trouble dieting like me…I would try it since on my own I am a bit of a dieting failure. Good for you, lady!

@JoePodable If you go over points, you have a weekly allowance to help you negate any gain. Sometimes you go over even those points and then you don’t lose weight or you might gain that week, but you just get back on plan the next week.

it’s really great that you’ve been consistently losing weight. but your journal logs are all from the shoulder up, so we can’t SEE any difference. keep up the good work!

@melissahaslotstolove Nice! I got curious to see about Weight Watchers and joined. I’m mostly workout based and my nutrition is the basic 5-6 meals a day. They seem to realy advocate walking. Your results are good

@paraisoat I have done a bunch of different things, but my favorites are just walking and classes at the gym. I LOVE group exercise!

Beautiful! I joined weight watchers but them I felt like Idid’nt need it anymore. Well, now Ifeel like I do nee it and i plan to stick with it. Wish me Luck! I am on day one and I have already started off with a good start.

If you work out a lot while losing weight, it all tones up… and the skin shrinks, and firms as you lose weight..
